How to Make a Delicious Cacao Drink:
- Shave 25g cacao paste into fine pieces
- Heat 1 cup nut milk or water until warm (not boiling)
- Add cacao and stir
- Add a pinch of salt and sweetener to taste - honey, coconut sugar, or maple syrup work well.
- For extra flavour add a pinch of cayenne chilli or cinnamon
- Sip and savour the deep rich cacao goodness

I love this Cacao, it tastes delicious with a dash of Manuka Honey ,Yum!! I really like the leaflet that comes with the Cacao explaining how to prepare it too.
I love my cacao block it's like my own warm hug in a mug. Something happens to my brain after drinking it. Very calming and soothing. I cant believe the taste of it compared to the powder box I have used often in cooking, I never drank powdered cocoa it was yuk. This block has definitely changed all that. I made a lil chocolate bar as well with coconut oil and honey. Delisious. Thankyou to you both for your beautiful sharing
Cacao - something I’ve always wanted to try and got the opportunity to because it’s affordable. Can I tell you! The product is amazing! I have mine with almond milk, honey & cinnamon or chilli flakes. Apart from the rich chocolate taste, the benefits of sleeping WELL has been huge. It lasts me at least 2-3mths and I don’t hesitate to buy again x
